This morning it was cloudy and still muggy. No thunderstorm last night but light rain. We shoved off the dock at 08:40.
We had a pleasant ride over. Winds were S 20 kn. It wasn’t long before we saw the Strait of Canso opening between mainland NS and Cape Breton. We anchored across from the government wharf in Harve Boucher.
We also have a great view of the mainland and Cape Breton. Winds were gusty all afternoon. We spent the afternoon resting and reading.
Today we travelled 20.1 nm.
Were there any navigational issues getting in and out of the harbors of Montague, Ballentynes, or Harve Bouche?
